Turkey Day!
Well, the day of stress is finally here! I was up at 4 to wash, dry, and season the turkey. It then had to sit out on the counter for two hours to become room temp. I was back up at 6 to make the stuffing, stuff the bird, and pop it in the oven. Right now it is at a high temp to brown it and to lock in the flavor. After a few more minutes, I will turn the temp down to 350 and cover the bird up with foil. Well see how it does for the next 5 hours. Please continue to pray for a juice, not dry, turkey. Thanks!
