Kiawah Island
While in South Carolina, we are staying on the beautiful Kiawah Island! My hubby's great uncle owns the beach house there where we will be staying for the week. And all we have to pay for is the utilities and the cleaning bill, which is a small fee for such a great time!
We plan on visiting the beach a few times during the week if the weather cooperates. A hurricane just went through, so we were told the waves are 3-4 feet higher...sweet!!! We also want to check out Charleston. It's not too far from the island, and it's a great place to get some shopping done.

Sounds like fun! We've only been there once and it was 6 years ago. Even then, we only got to stay 2 nights since guru ended up not being able to get the entire week off work. GAH!

Wow! Nice place to have a vacation. I'm glad you did go. Are you're sure it's alright for you and your family to stay long? Hurricane just went through. Isn't it coming back?

I have been there. That is a beautiful island. My aunt used to have a house there. We spent a week there when i was a teen.
