The Weight Challenge
As most of you know, a couple of us are starting a weight race tomorrow. It should be really fun! I have thought of a few stipulations on our race. If you don't like, just let me know so that we can come to an agreement.
First off, I think that it is possible to for us all to lose 40 pounds in 4 months. I want to lose more weight, but this seems like a realistic goal for us all to reach by May.
Second, we will have two winners. The first person to lose their 40 pounds and the person who has lost the most after 4 months will be our winners. Sound good to everyone?
Let the race begin...in 15 minutes.
Btw, here are a few more tips from the doc:
-Be sure to look at the recommended portion sizes when you are assessing the item.
-After cooking the leanest ground beef (96% lean), chicken or turkey, run it under water in a colander to rinse off the rest of the fat.
-Avoid sauces and oils.
-Follow the "three bite rule." If a dessert is worth it, share it and have three polite bites of it ONLY.
