Tae-Bo
I am feeling so alert and alive right now! I just did a workout will watching a Billy Blanks Tae-Bo video. He has a warm up, a work out, and a cool down that lasts a total of 20 minutes. I worked muscles that haven't been used since...who knows when. The first 10 minutes of the workout, my bones would not stop cracking. I guess I don't move my body like that very often. My hands are still shaking from all excitement. Also, I had to take of my shirt because I was sweating so much!(a true sign of a good workout-sweat)
Here are the two videos I borrowed from my parents. You should come over some time Lo and workout with me. It's a lot of fun!
Life truly is grand at this moment!

Hey, tea bo is my thing. Well at least it used to be. I was doing them 2-3 times a week there for a while. I have the videos too. Last time I tried one, I could barely make it through the warm up, how sad is that. I really need to start doing them again.

I also have Billy Blanks tapes. I enjoy them!! I bought a Bally Boxer so I can kick box something other than air.

Well, I broke out the tae bo this afternoon. I kept getting interrupted though, but I probably got at least a 15-20 minute workout today. And I made it through the warm up woo hoo! Now, if I can do that everyday! I also have the 8 minute tae bo video. I should at least try to do that one.

I have a Billy Blanks tape and have yet to actually watch it. Maybe when it comes out in book form.
